Questions that come up before a first invoice

What counts as an interview?

One scanned session with one candidate. If a call drops and they rejoin, or you restart within the same day, that is still one — you are not billed twice for the same conversation. A second, separate interview with the same candidate later in the process is a second interview.

Does anyone have to install anything?

No. Not you, not the candidate. Interviews are joined from a browser link and the checks run from there. This is the whole design, and it is why there is no per-seat line on this page.
